WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Warranty Overview

AMTY Global provides a limited warranty on its massage chairs against defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal usage conditions. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Covered Under Warranty

  • Electrical failures including motors, PCB, wiring, air pump and related components
  • Touchscreen malfunctions
  • Shortcut key control issues
  • Roller mechanism defects
  • Airbag and compression mechanism defects
  • Heating component issues (if applicable)
  • Reclining and positioning mechanism failures

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Foot roller damage due to excessive pressure
  • Power surge or voltage fluctuation damage
  • Upholstery wear & tear, fading, fabric/leather damage
  • Scratches, dents caused by misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Lack of maintenance or cleaning
  • Environmental damage due to heat, humidity or sunlight

Warranty Claim Process

Customers must contact AMTY Global customer support with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product details
  • Issue description

We reserve the right to inspect the product. If approved, repair or replacement will be provided.

Shipping & handling charges may apply.

Limitation under Warranty

Warranty is limited to repair or replacement only. No incidental or consequential damages shall be covered.

Warranty Validity

Warranty becomes void if:

  • Product is tampered
  • Misused or abused
  • Used against instructions
  • Repaired by unauthorized personnel

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by laws of India.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to courts in Delhi, India.
